Custom Manufacturing

We are an FDA-registered contract manufacturer and filler that produces cosmetics, toiletries, over-the-counter (OTC) drug items, as well as natural health and beauty aids.  We also have a full-service R&D Laboratory for your custom formulating needs.

Once we customs formulate a product for you in our lab, we normally get you a lab sample to test within 7 to 9 days.  Once you approve the lab sample, we will then proceed to manufacture a batch sample for your testing and approval before fulfilling your product order.  We will not fulfill any product order unless you approve the batch sample for that order.  This is to protect you, because you will always know the product that is going into the final packaging.

We have always shared information with respect to possible suppliers for components, media development, digital labeling manufactures etc., so you get the best products outcome for your product going into the market place.  Sharing supplier information really helps start-up companies with their new product lines, and helps to avoid costly errors.

We would be happy to discuss your manufacturing and packaging needs with you.  We can help you coordinate your entire product line, from concept to finished package.  We have many international clients and have experience with exporting products globally.  We can assist you in completing the required import/export documents.  We have some of the fastest turn-a-round times in the industry.  Once we receive all of your components, most orders take about 6 to 8 week to complete. 

THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS:  5,000 to 1 Million Units Per Week - “We Can Do It!”

We are a full-service company and offer research and development, custom formulating and manufacturing.  Our facility meets all fire, safety, health, E.P.A. and F.D.A. requirements.  We also have permits for alcohol storage and filling as well as being E.P.A. approved hospital disinfectants and sanitizers.

Our Filling and Packaging Department is equipped with semi-automatic and fully automatic high-speed filling machines.  This gives us an average capability to manufacture from 5,000 to 1 Million units per week.  We fill bottles, jars, tubes, “chapsticks”, gallon containers, pails, drums and bulk totes.  We also have shrink banding and “tamper evident” induction sealing capabilities, as well as kit assembly for any of your high-end complex packaging needs.  We have some of the fastest turn-a-round times in the industry.  Once we receive all of your components, most orders take about 6 to 8 week to complete.

R&D AND QUALITY CONTROL:

All test samples are created and revised in this area in order to formulate products that meet your most stringent requirements.

We have a fully equipped Quality Control Testing Department.  All finished products and raw materials are tested for quality and consistency prior to use.  All ingredients used must pass a stringent regimen of quality control standards to be used.  We physically makes sure that all finished products meets the customer’s specifications.  Our bacteriological testing makes sure that all ingredients, as well as finished products, are bacteria free.  With all orders, our clients receive a batch sample to approve before we put any product into your packaging.  This will help guarantee that your get the product you want.

TRACKING YOUR MANUFACTURING PROGRESS:

All Purchase Orders received are immediately entered and tracked through our state-of-the-art computer system, allowing us to inform you immediately of your order status and process your order as quickly as possible.  We will keep you up to date as to your order progress, so you are constantly informed about you order and when you will receive your finished product.
