– Drink 2 cups per day, as needed.
– Soak 2 tablespoons of herbs in 20 ounces of distilled, or purified water overnight. The next day, bring entire mixture to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. – Strain tea. Best when consumed warm. Herbs can be re-used up to 3 days by adding 1 tablespoon of new herbs to the drained, previously used herbs. – Soak overnight in 20 ounces of distilled water and repeat the rest of the procedure.
