Drink 2 cups per day or as needed. Soak 2 tablespoons of herbs in 20 ounces of purified water overnight. The next day, bring entire mixture to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Strain tea. Best when consumed warm. Herbs can be re-used up to 3 days by adding 1 tablespoon of new herbs to the drained, previously used herbs. Soak overnight in 20 ounces of purified water and repeat the rest of the procedure.
